PURPOSE: To provide hexagonal BN-fluorinated graphite combined powder excellent in lubricity, water repellency, etc., and suitable for use as stock of cosmetics, etc., by using hexagonal BN as mother particles and fluorinated graphite as child particles and combining them. CONSTITUTION: Hexagonal BN is used as mother particles, fluorinated graphite is used as child particles and they are combined to obtain the objective hexagonal BN-fluorinated graphite combined powder. The average particle diameter of the fluorinated graphite is preferably <=1/5 of that of the hexagonal BN and the average particle diameter of the hexagonal BN is preferably 0.5-30μm. The fluorinated graphite powder is generally used by about 1-20 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the hexagonal BN powder at the time of combining treatment and this treatment is preferably carried out using a high-speed eliptical rotor type mixing device because the powders can be most uniformly combined.
