PURPOSE: To produce a fish culture feed having excellent pellet quality and composed of a formula feed containing a binder, an oil and fat raw material and water without using living prey. CONSTITUTION: This fish culture feed is composed of a formula feed containing a binder, an oil and fat raw material and water and produced without using living prey. It is produced by adding the oil and fat raw material to the formula feed, adding water to the mixture and granulating the product. The desired object can be achieved by using a CMC having an etherification degree of 1.0-1.5mol/c6 and a viscosity of >=1,000cps as 1% aqueous solution as the binder. |
