PURPOSE: To obtain a novel azeotropic or azeotrope-like composition which is useful as a cleaning solvent, draining and drying solvent or the like because it has excellent cleaning effect and can be readily recycled with no anxiety of the ozone layer depletion. CONSTITUTION: This azeotropic or azeotrope-like composition comprises difluoromethyl 2,2,3,4,4,4-hexafluorobutyl ether and ethanol, particularly 20-55 mole % of the former and 45-80 mole % of the latter.
