PURPOSE: To obtain the subject preventing agent containing an oligo-galacturonic acid (salt) as an active ingredient and used for adding and blending with medicines, nutritional supplementary foods and various substrates of containers for preserving plasma. CONSTITUTION: This preventing agent contains an oligo-galacturonic acid (salt) obtained by polymerizing galacturonic acid separated from a mixture of oligogalacturonic acid which is a decomposed material of pectin or polygalacturonic acid, etc., atαl-4 position and having 1, 2, 4, 5 or 6 polymerization degree or its mixture in 0.10.01% concentration as an active ingredient. Furthermore, when the oligo-galacturonic acid is produced using an enzyme or a microorganism, the oligo-galacturonic acid is preferably separated or fractionated or enzymes, various ions, etc., are preferably excluded from the product.
