PURPOSE: To provide a heat-shrinkable label applied container of which the damage can be easily judged from the outside of a heat-shrinkable label even if a damage such as a crack is generated in a container main body. CONSTITUTION: In a heat-shrinkable label applied container wherein a heat- shrinkable label 4 composed of a heat-shrinkable film is applied to the outer surface of a container made of glass and the container is hermetically sealed in a vacuum state, a large number of slits 6 are provided to at least the part corresponding to the outer surface in the vicinity of the max. diameter part of the container of the heat-shrinkable label 4.
