PURPOSE: To enhance the quality of concrete by inserting a vertical low frequency impact applying device in a reinforcing basket to apply an impact to the basket and pressurizing concrete at a point of time of the sufficient filling with concrete and detaching a cylindrical device at a point of time when dehydration and exhaustion are completed to finish the surface of concrete. CONSTITUTION: When concrete is supplied into a form D through a pipe 5, concrete is successively filled into the form D from below to above and the air in the form D is excluded from the air permeable form B and the opening part 3 of a cylindrical device C to smoothly cast dense concrete. Thereafter, a vertical lever 6 is inserted from the opening part 3 to apply an impact to a reinforcing bar basket 1 to densely fill the forms B, D. At a point of time when the forms are sufficiently filled with concrete, the valve between the bottom form D and the pipe 5 is closed and compressed air is sealed in the upper form B from the opening part 3 to pressurize concrete and, at a point of time when dehydration and exhaustion are completed from the upper form B, the cylindrical device C is detached to finish the surface of concrete to produce a segment. |
