发明名称 INNER FACE WELDING METHOD OF CLAD STEEL TUBE
摘要 PURPOSE: To obtain weld zone having no defect resulting from welding groove of inside low alloy steel by machining X shaped groove in the longitudinal seam direction of clad steel, machining the specified V shaped groove to the inside and welding. CONSTITUTION: A clad steel consisting of a low alloy steel 1 of outside and a cladding material 2 of inside is subject to machining of V shaped groove 3 in which as butted state of seam part a depth (t1 )mm at the inside is 0.4-0.5 (t)mm of the total thickness (t) of clad steel and a groove width W1 mm at inner surface is 10-12mm. Further with interposing a root thickness of (t2 )mm, V shaped groove 4 having (t3 )mm depth,θ2 deg. angle at outside is machined. The groove angleθ1 deg. at inside is changed depending on (t1 ), that is, the total thickness of clad steel plate. By this method, in tube making by UOE method, etc., the inner face welding method enabling stable and high productivity production is obtained.
