PURPOSE: To blow air into a cabin at a proper blowing air temperature when an operating mode is switched over from a heating mode to a cooling mode and even when it is switched over from an inside air circulating mode to an outside air introduction mode in heating. CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensor 10 is arranged near the downstream side of a heat exchanger 3 inside a cabin, and detects the temperature of passing air. Also an air conditioner control means 16, when an operating mode is switched over from an inside air circulating mode to an outside air introduction mode in a heating mode, or when it is switched over from a heating mode to a cooling mode, flows current to an electric heater 12, increases the opening of a mix damper 11, and reduces the opening of the mix damper 11 according to the degree of rise of the air temperature detected by the temperature sensor 10.
