PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate movement between a holding position and a basic position so as to stably hold a container by turning a holder to a horizontal position when a carriage is moved to the holding position, downwardly turning a mounting face of a support arranged in the carriage rotationally and pivoted to the holder, and turning the mounting face below an insertion opening of the holder. SOLUTION: A holder 17 is supported rotationally in front of a support arm 23 arranged in a carriage 16 by means of a rotational pin 38. A pin 42 of the holder 17 is engaged in an elongated hole 44 arranged in a U-shaped support 18. A laterally extending web wall of the support 18 forms a mounting face 46 for a drink container. The mounting face 46 is positioned below an insertion opening arranged in the holder 17 when a holding device 10 is opened. The support 18 is supported rotationally on the carriage 16 by means of a rotational pin 50 arranged in a leg wall 47 of the support 18. When the holder 17 is turned upward, the support 18 is turned downward with the mounting face 46 via the pin 42 engaging with the elongated hole 44.
