PURPOSE: To eliminate a need for helically disengaging an outer cover for the ease of handling and to prevent the wasteful use of a content caused by an malfunction of a pump device by a method wherein a pump device is vertically movably held on a closure base part, a cylindrical operation body is rotatably held thereon, and other means are taken. CONSTITUTION: A closure device 1 comprises a pump device 3 vertically movably held on a closure base part 2 and a cylindrical operation body 4 rotatably fitted over to be held on the same. The closure device 1 is mounted on a mouth part 5a of a container body 5 at the closure base part 2, whereby a liquid container 6 is constructed as a whole. When the liquid container 6 is in a normal state (out of service), the pump device 3 is lowered to be contained in the cylindrical operation body 4. When the liquid container 6 is in service, a rising/ lowering head 8 is projected from the cylindrical operation body 4, and a delivery port 3a is exposed. In addition, the pump device 3 is raised and lowered by rotating the cylindrical operation body 4. Therefore, an interlocking means 10 is provided among the pump device 3, the closure base part 2, and the cylindrical operation body 4. |
