PURPOSE: To reduce an impulse sound generated at the time of placing and extraction to and from a pallet for conveyance and an effect on a pallet bearing mechanism. CONSTITUTION: When a car is placed and extracted on and from a pallet P for conveyance, a wheel collides with one of a pair of front and rear parallel rods 22a for a car stop, force from an upper section to a lower section is applied to the parallel rod, the rod is rocked downwards, and the wheel easily rides across the parallel rod 11a. When the car is housed on the pallet P for conveyance, the parallel rod 11a is returned to the place of the level of the car stop by an energizing means 14 when the wheel rides across the parallel rod 11a, and the wheel is held from the longitudinal direction, thus preventing movement on the pallet P for conveyance of the car. The wheel is placed between a pair of the front and rear parallel rods 11a for the car stop regardless of locking or unlocking by a side brake for the wheel at that time, the slip of the wheel is prevented even when the pallet P is quaked in the longitudinal direction by an earthquake, etc. When the car is retreated from the upper section of the pallet for conveyance, the car is retreated, and the parallel rod 11a is returned to the place of the level of the car stop. |
