PURPOSE: To enable to extract human sensitivity information easily, inexpensively and accurately, by attaching a gyrosensor onto a part moved by a joint of a human body, removing noise components from an outputted signal thereof, extracting sensitivity information, and outputting the angular velocity time response information based on the signal. CONSTITUTION: A gyrosensor 14 is mounted on a part moved by a joint (for example, the back of a hand) of an examinee, and when he/she performs finger language expression, gyrosignal (angular velocity signals) is outputted and given to a gyro signal processing circuit 20, the angular velocity time response information is outputted as a digital signal based on the gyrosignal, and they are given to a sensitivity information extraction circuit 22, then sensitivity information can be extracted. An angular velocity frequency from an angular signal processing circuit 34, the maximum value of the angular velocity absolute value, and the peak average value are also received. When the degree of size or extent of a matter is to be expressed, an angular signal is made from the angular velocity by integral processing circuit 42 and given to an angular signal processing circuit 44. |
