PURPOSE: To obtain an emulsion ink improved in dryability and capable of preventing the prints printed therewith from the offsetting, strike-through and side and tail leaks during printing therewith. CONSTITUTION: This ink is a water-in-oil(W/O)-type comprising 10-90wt.% of an oily phase and 90-10wt.% of aqueous phase. The oily phase contains a compound which develops thermoreversible phase change, while the aqueous phase contains a reversibly temperature-sensitive gel-like polymeric compound. This ink develops phase change from solid state to liquid state by heating to 30-100 deg.C. |
