摘要 |
PURPOSE: To produce a biodegradable filament excellent in cooling properties of a spun yarn and mechanical properties as fiber and having heat adhesivity. CONSTITUTION: This biodegradable filament is composed of a core component and a sheath component each of which consists of a polymer having a melt flow rate of 10-70g/10min. A polybutylene succinate is used as the core component. As the sheath component, a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing a recurring unit element constituting a polybutylene succinate with another recurring unit element constituting an aliphatic polyester and having the copolymerization ratio of butylene succinate of 65-95mol% is used. A nucleating agent in an amount [Q (wt.%)] satisfying the following equation (1) is contained at least in the copolymer consisting the sheath component. Those components are subjected to melt spinning at the temperature [T( deg.C)] satisfying the following equation (2) to obtain the objective biodegradable core-sheath conjugate filament having pulling strength of >=4.0g/d. (ΔTl100)-0.25<=Q<=(ΔT/100)=20...(1). Herein,ΔT=[[the melting point (Tm) of the sheath component]-[the crystallization temperature (Tc) of the sheath component] Tm+40<=T<=Tm+150...(2).
