PURPOSE: To obtain a laminate having excellent surface flexibility and stampable moldability and high peel strength by laminating a formed layer on a resin layer made of a blend in which a rubberlike polymer and an organic peroxide are added to a propylene-α-olefin block copolymer having specified melt viscosity characteristics. CONSTITUTION: 100 pts.wt. propylene-α-olefin block copolymer in which the ratio (η1 /η2 ) of the melt viscosityη1 at 10<1> sec<-1> of shearing velocity to the melt viscosityη2 at 10<2> sec<-1> of shearing velocity is 3.5 to 8 is used as a base. 5 to 150 pts.wt. of a rubberlike polymer and 0.005 to 2 pts.wt. of an organic peroxide are added to the base. A multilayer laminate is obtained by laminating a foamed layer made of a foam and a layer made of a propylene resin composition prepared to 50 to 300g/10min of a melt flow rate (according to JISK7210) obtained by dynamically heat treating the blend.
