The polyester mixed yarn has an effect portion which is formed with primary multifilament group constituted by a monofilament comprising low shrinkage component, a core portion formed with a secondary mutifilament group constituted by each monofilament crimped side by side structure joined the low shrinkage component and high shrinkage component. The high shrinkage component(A) can be reached to a spinning hole of a block inner side by providing toward the center of the block, and the low shrinkage component(B) is provided through outer side of the block, and then distributed, followed by comprising the primary filament group for the primary low shrinkage component(B1) to be spun through the spinning hole of the outside block(7). The other secondary low shrinkage component(B2) is joined with the high shrinkage component(A), spun through the spinning hole of inner side(8) to obtain a composite multifilament of the secondary multifilament group.
