PURPOSE: To allow an assigning process by a neural net and the learning process of the neutral net to be processed parallelly at the same time by providing a neural net learning device independently of a neuro-assigning device. CONSTITUTION: A group control device 10 is provided with a neural net learning device 20 and a neuro-assigning device 30. The neuro-assigning device 30 has an assignment program stored in an ROM 32 and an assigning neural net stored in an RAM 33, converts elevator system state date into the input pattern of the neural net upon the generation of a landing call, selects an optimum car from the output pattern, and outputs it as an assignment signal 4. The neural net learning device 20 is provided with a learning program in an ROM 22 and a learning neural net in an RAM 23, continuously executes the learning of the neural net, and updates the neural net every completion of learning. |
