<p>PURPOSE: To improve efficiency of fixing work of a brake hose by miniaturizing a bleeder plug of a drum brake and fixing it to a wheel cylinder, and to eliminate a large-sized wheel cylinder and restriction on a space caused by the large size of a wheel cylinder. CONSTITUTION: In a drum brake in which a wheel cylinder 1 is arranged above an axle 7, a bleeder plug 4 and a brake pipe 5 communicated with a cylinder bore 1a are parallely provided on the back surface of the wheel cylinder 1, a nut part is formed on the outer peripheral end of the bleeder plug 4, a recessed part provided with a hose attaching part is formed inside the nut part, and the nut part is fixed near the wheel cylinder in relation to the nut part of a flare nut 6 for fixing the brake pipe 5.</p> |
