<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a mat-like member which can be used as a ceiling cloth or as a wall face cloth capable of purifying air by fixing a group of zeolite particle with an adhesive to a net-like base material. CONSTITUTION: A roller 13 is arranged so as to be in contact with the surface of an adhesive 31 such as a synthetic paste housed in a container 32. By the rotation of the roller 13, the adhesive 31 is applied to one face 11b of the base material 11. In between the roller 16 and rollers 17a, 17b, a zeolite particle 33 is led by a hopper 34 and a guide 35 and stuck to the face 11b having the adhesive applied thereto of the base material 11. Here, when the base material 11 has a net-like shape, the adhesive 31 applied to the base material 11 comes not to interfere the gas permeability and water permeability of the net-like base material 11. Next, as the rollers 17a and 17b rotate by pinching the base material 11 having the zeolite particle 33 stuck thereto, the zeolite particle 33 sticks fast to the base material 11.</p> |
