PURPOSE: To miniaturize a mold and to simply and easily perform molding of a small number of articles by providing a movable mold provided with a drawing-out means for drawing out a core pin and an ejector for pushing out a product. CONSTITUTION: Under clamped condition, a resin is filled into cavities 25 and 31 through a runner 24 of a fixed side mold 20 and after it is solidified, a core pin 33 is moved upward by actuating cylinders 36 and 36' and then, a movable mold 21 is moved and opened from a fixed mold 20. In addition, by actuating an ejector plate 29, a product is pushed out by means of an ejector pin 28 to finish a series of actions and to obtain the product. Thereafter, the core pin 33 is cooled by feeding air from an air feeding pipe 39 under a condition where the core pin 33 is pulled up. The whole length of the mold can be shortened by providing the core pin 33 in parallel to a cavity forming face of the movable mold 21. |
