PURPOSE: To produce a resin bonded type aspherical lens always having stable optical characteristics. CONSTITUTION: After a predetermined amt. of an ultraviolet curable resin soln. 2a is dripped on the central part of the surface (c) of a horizontally placed spherical glass lens 1, the spherical glass lens 1 is reversed to be placed on the upper surface of a seal mold 5. Thereafter, the spherical glass lens 1 is aligned by an aligning mechanism 6 so as to form a resin layer to a predetermined region and the seal mold 5 is pushed down so that the gap G between the surface (c) of the spherical glass lens 1 and the surface A of a mold 3 becomes equal to the thickness plan value of the resin layer. The ultraviolet curable resin soln. 2a interposed between the spherical glass lens 1 and the mold 3 is irradiated with ultraviolet rays 4 to be cured. The perfectly cured ultraviolet curable resin soln. 2a is peeled from the mold 3. |
