PURPOSE: To prevent inclusion of rust into a content and to immediately open an upper cover to a full extent at an appropriate low speed with one simple operation at the time of an cover-opening operation. CONSTITUTION: In a cap 10, a base end part 26A of a rubber-like elastic body 26 is mounted on one of a cap body 11 and an upper cover 12. When the upper cover 12 is closed, the rubber-like elastic body 26 is elastically deformed between the cap body 11 and the upper cover 12. When the upper cover 12 is moved from a fully opened state to a fully closed state, a free end part 26B of the rubber-like elastic body 26 is aligned with an aligning part 27 provided on the cap body 11 or the upper cover 12 on which the base end part 26A of the rubber-like elastic body 26 is not mounted. |
