<p>PURPOSE: To regenerate high-quality aggregate meeting legal standards by sufficiently removing the mortar-component sticking to crushed gravel- components from the waste concrete materials generated on construction site, etc., in a method for regenerating the aggregate from the waste concrete materials. CONSTITUTION: This method is provided with a crushing and sorting stage for compressing and crushing the waste concrete materials B by a jaw crusher 3 and sorting the crushed materials by sizes by a vibration sieve 4, a frictional grinding and sorting stage for peeling the mortar-components sticking to the crushed gravel-components by frictional grinding machines 51a, 52a constituted to fractionally grind the crushed gravel-components between the planar projecting parts disposed in the longitudinal direction of a hollow main body 511a and a cylindrical frictional grinding treatment member disposed in this main body 55a while rotating the main body 511a and the frictional grinding treatment member in directions different from each other and a product separating stage for separating the waste concrete materials to the crushed gravel J, sand N, cement T, etc., by pressurizing sorting 6a and spiral classifying machines 7.</p> |
