PRODUCTION OF VINYL CHLORIDE RESIN COMPOUND FOR POWDER MOLDING

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a process for producing a vinyl chloride resin compound for powder molding and stably moldable by extrusion molding and injection molding without causing troubles such as hopper bridge. CONSTITUTION: A vinyl chloride resin and plural kinds of additives are charged into a high-speed mixer, the mixture is heated to >80 deg.C under mixing, cooled to <=50 deg.C and incorporated with 0.5-5 pts.wt. (based on 100 pts.wt. of the vinyl chloride resin) of a vinyl chloride resin having an average particle diameter of 0.1-10μm and the resultant composition is mixed and dispersed to obtain the objective compound.
