RESIN BONDED TYPE ASPHERICAL LENS ASSEMBLY

PURPOSE: To easily prevent the water absorption of a resin molded layer without limiting the kind of glass of a base material lens and obstructing mass- production efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A base material lens 1 wherein an aspherical resin molded layer 2 is formed into a convex shape and the separate member lens 3 bonded to the base material lens 1 are provided and the space between the base material lens 1 and the separate member lens 3 is sealed with an adhesive 4 in such a state that the space between both lenses is filled with the resin molded layer 2. Since the water absorption of the resin molded layer can be prevented by this constitution, the change of the surface accuracy of the lens caused by water absorption is prevented even in high humidity environment. As a result, even a lens large in resin thickness is not lowered in optical capacity.
