PURPOSE: To prevent the flutter of a film and to increase a feed speed by providing a nozzle blowing cooling air to the film and the cooling roller opposed to the blowoff orifice of the nozzle to rotate while absorbing the heat of the film in the contact state with the film. CONSTITUTION: In a cooling part, the cooling air from plenum ducts 2 is blown out of upper and lower nozzles 1 to be blown to a film 3 to cool the film. The cooling rollers 8 opposed to the blowoff orifices of the nozzles 1 to rotate while absorbing the heat of the film 3 in the contact state with the film 3 are provided to constitute cooling devices 7 along with the nozzles 1. The cooling devices 7 are arranged so as to be adjacent each other before and behind in such a state that cooling air blowoff directions are made different up and down. The plastic film 3 is simultaneously cooled from both surfaces by cooling air and the cooling rollers 8. In this case, even if cooling air is strongly blown out of the nozzles 1, the plastic film 3 is strongly pressed to the cooling rollers 8 without being fluttered. |
