发明名称 THERMAL INSULATION COATING FILM EXCELLENT IN OXIDATION RESISTANCE
摘要 PURPOSE: To enhance oxidation resistance under a high temperature condition, and restrain the occurrence of separation by improving adhesion by forming a ceramic layer by using specific raw material powder, and arranging a specific treatment layer in a boundary part between a metallic bond layer and the ceramic layer. CONSTITUTION: An MCrAlY metallic bond layer 2 is formed on a heat resistant alloy base material 1, and a ceramic covering layer 4 is formed on this metallic bond layer 2. The ceramic layer 4 is formed by using ZrO raw material powder which contains powder having a particle diameter of (-)140/(+)200mesh (74 to 105μm) by 10% or more and powder of (-) 200/(+) 325 mesh (44 to 74μm) by 40% or more and is stabilized by one or more kinds of stabilizing agents selected from a group composed of CaO, MgO, Y2 O3 , CeO2 and SiO2 . A processing layer 3 selected from a group composed of an Al2 O3 , MgO, Y2 O3 , MgO.SiO2 and AlCo type intermetallic compound, is interposed in a boundary part between the metallic bond layer 2 and the ceramic layer 4. Therefore, durability is remarkably improved.
