PURPOSE: To improve a sound absorbing coefficient, and to enhance sound- absorbing performance by attaching a second resonator absorbing a sound in frequency different from a first resonator absorbing a sound in aimed frequency to a panel having a hollow section and a slit on the inside. CONSTITUTION: First resonators 13 absorbing a sound in aimed frequency X(Hz) are juxtaposed to a resonator type soundproof panel 11 at regular intervals. Second resonators 15 absorbing a sound in frequency X+α<(Hz) different from aimed frequency X are disposed among the mutual first resonators 13. That is, the first resonators 13 absorbing the sound in aimed frequency X(Hz) and the second resonators 15 absorbing the sound in frequency X+α(Hz) higher than the frequency X are juxtaposed and combined alternately at regular pitches, thus integrating a sound-absorbing effect for damping lower resonance frequency. Accordingly, the maximum value of the sound-absorbing effect is conformed to the aimed frequency X(Hz), thus remarkably increasing the sound absorbing coefficient of frequency X(Hz).
