WATERPROOFING COMPOSITION AND A PROCESS FOR PREPARING CEMENT CONTAINING THE SAME

The composition comprises 10-60 wt. parts a calcium stearate having 3 % below of isolated fatty acid content, 40-80 wt. parts an anhydride lime, 2-5 wt. parts a tannic acid of a kind of organic acid, and 0.2-1.0 wt. parts hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose(HPMC) that is non-ionized cellulose ether having 1,500-8,000 CPS of a viscosity as a thickener against 100 wt. parts paper-ash that is generated in forms of by-product in paper industry. The water-proof cement using said mixed composition is prepared by crushing to pass by 70 % or more with sieve in ballmill, adding 50-200 wt. parts said crushed composition against 1,000 wt. parts portland cement, and mixing the composition uniformly.
