METHOD FOR PIEZO ELECTRIC CERAMICS-POLYMER COMPOSITE MATERIAL

The composite material is prepared by dispersing a piezo electric ceramic powder into a piezoelectric polymer as matrix, thereby preparing pliable sheet-type. Specially, the addition of a silane has advantage of the improvement of coherence between PZT piezoelectric ceramics and polyvinylidine-fluoride(PVdF) piezoelectric polymer. Futhermore, The addition of a fine carbon particles has exhibited the improvement electrical conductivity. This specific composition is well suited for use in a 0-3 connectivity sheet-type.
