PURPOSE: To facilitate a handleability, to take out a content in a substantially quantitative manner, and to identify whether or not a container is in a sealed state to prevent leakage of a content. CONSTITUTION: A closure means 8 for communicating a delivery port 3a of a rising/lowering closure body 3 to a mouth part 5a of a container body 5 when the rising/lowering closure body 3 is raised and for interrupting the communicated state of the delivery port 3a to the mouth part 5a when the rising/ lowering closure body 3 is lowered is provided between the rising/lowering closure body 3 and a closure base part 2. An engaging part 14 is provided in the rising/lowering closure body 3. A fastening part 28 that can engage with and disengage from the engaging part 14 is provided so as to hold the rising/ lowering closure body 3 in a lowered state against the upward pressing force of a spring 35 when the rising/lowering closure body 3 is lowered.
