The support has a curved support surface (9,90) which is extended downwards by two cylindrical rods (50,51). The ends of the rods have wider cylindrical parts (30,31) which are held in cylindrical compartments in a garment or a clothing accessory. With the body of the user the support forms a fork to hold the implement. The support is made in moulded plastics material and the two rods are joined at their upper end to form a U-shape. The support and rods are covered with two sheets of leather (6,9) which are joined together.
