PROCESS OF HYDRAULIC ABRASIVE CUTTING OF HONEYCOMBS AND HONEYCOMB PANELS MADE FROM POLYMER COMPOSITE MATERIALS

FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: in compliance with proposed process abrasive-liquid jet is used to cut honeycombs and honeycomb structures from polymer composite materials. Process includes supply of jet of working liquid and abrasive particles under high pressure on to machined surfaces. Honeycombs along configuration of suggested line of cut are filled with water-resistant filling agent of polymer-adhesive composition with abrasive material in the amount of 20-70% of total volume of filling agent. Same composition is applied to surface of upper lining of panel along line of supposed cut. In the capacity of filling agent composition containing, parts by weight: epoxy resin 55.0-61.0; product of condensation of dimerized methyl ethers, acids of vegetable oils and polyethylenepolyamines 38.3-44.3; I-aminohexamethylene-6-aminomethylentriethoxysilane 0.5-0.6; diethylominomethyltrietthosilane 0.1-0.2 is used. Glassmicrospheres and white manufactured corundum are used as abrasive material. EFFECT: high-equality cut with preservation of high physical-mechanical properties of honeycomb structures. 2 cl, 1 dwg
