SUBSTANCE: method involves determining sensitivity level with respect to image defocussing before and after operation to calculate defocussing drop level stability coefficient from curves of dependance of vision acuity on defocussing degree as ratio between the vision acuity octave number and the corresponding diopter number. The most important segment from the point of view of coefficient evaluation is the nonlinear segment of defocussing curve. EFFECT: quick and reliable method.
