FIELD: power engineering; burning of gas in various-purpose furnace devices. SUBSTANCE: burner is additionally provided with swirler 5 and second group pf gas tubes 2 with gas distributors made in form of plates 3 with exhaust holes. Plane of location of plates 3 is perpendicular to longitudinal axis of air duct 1. Tubes 2 and 6 of first and second groups are located around axial swirler 5 over circumference in spaced relation to each other in alternating order and in pairs symmetrical to longitudinal axis of air duct 1. Plates 3 of first group of tubes 2 are inclined to longitudinal axis of duct 1 in direction opposite to flow motion. Axes of exhaust holes of second group are located in parallel with air duct 1; axes of exhaust holes of first group are located at angle of 30 to 60 deg relative to plane of its cross section. Passage area of holes in inclined plates 3 of gas tubes 2 is about 30 to 70 percent of total area of all exhaust holes of tubes. EFFECT: reduction of content of nitric oxides in combustion products at simultaneous enhancing of operational reliability and quality of burning fuel. 1 dwg |
