FIELD: small-scale mechanization and creating of high lifting capacity devices. SUBSTANCE: hoist has upper block with housing, two shafts, more than five sprockets, one or several axles and endless chain; lower block with shaft, at least one axle, sprockets in number less than number of sprockets in upper block by three; endless chain passed over sprockets of upper block and lower block to form one idle and loaded loops whose number should be less than number of sprockets in upper block by three. Shafts of upper block are parallel. Sprockets are rigidly secured on shaft square to shaft plane. Upper block chain transmits torque from one shaft of upper block through sprocket to other shaft of upper block. Chain drive can be replaced by gear drive whose teeth are brought into meshing. Second endless chain is put on sprocket of upper block to form loaded loops put onto sprockets of lower block. Shafts have seats for mounting handle or motor. Ratio of gears of sprockets of upper block are selected to provide speed of running on of idle loop of endless chain differing from running off speed. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities, increased load lifting capacity of hoist. |
