The apparatus reverses the laundry dewatered in a washing vessel while drying the laundry. It improves the speed of drying the laundry without a separate dryer or a drying stand. The apparatus comprises: the washing vessel(20) including 2 cylindrical bodies with different diameters; a plurality of holes formed in a large sized cylinder; a pulsator(22) installed in a small sized cylinder; an actuating plate(70) fixed at an outer face of the small sized cylinder and having a plurality of upward pins(72); a recovery spring(76) contacting with an upper surface of the actuating plate(70); a magnet(80) having a magnetic axle(78) moving up and down.
