FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: tile stamping set is related to equipment designed for manufacture of ceramic fired stamped tiles. It incorporates stamping hydraulic press, blank pusher, single-string cutter with hydraulic drive and piston press composed of loading part with hopper joined to it, piston hydraulic drive and system controlling it, nozzle and valve for air outlet. Novelty of tile stamping set consists in that valve of piston press is manufactured in the form of at least two grooves at upper face of piston and corresponding number of scrapers anchored on rear wall of hopper at point of its joining to loading part. In addition distance between inlet of nozzle and single-string cutter is equal to required length of blank. Three-position hydraulic distributor is installed in system controlling hydraulic drive. Usage of improved design of valve for air outlet, modernization of system controlling hydraulic drive of piston and selection of rational distance from outlet of nozzle to single-string cutter provide for formation of blank without air inclusions and defects of structure which leads to improved quality of stamped tiles.
