A concrete mortar is made by mixing together sand obtained from sand dunes and having a granulometry of 0.16-0.63 mm and a degree of porosity of 52-60% with 40-48% filler of granulometry of less than 0.1mm; 10-17% hydraulic binder; waste water; less than 3% resin fibre; and 1-3% colourants. After mixing, the final products are made by concasting or extruding.
