FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: hatching tray is formed as rectangular seamless bent box made from welded sieve sheet. Sieve wire of 1.8-2 mm diameter defines rectangular cells extending in parallel with elongate side wall of tray. Elongate sides of cells are made from filling wire extending along tray inner surface. Core wire making short sides of rectangular cells is extending along outer surface of tray in such a manner that distance between short side of bottom (bending line along which sheet is bent to form tray) and core wire proximate to this short side is at lest 5 mm. Tray has upper rectangular framing, made from wire of 5-6 mm diameter. Sieve wire is welded to framing from inner side of tray to form tray side walls. Filling wire is welded to short side of upper framing and core wire is welded to elongate side of framing. Sieve wire ends are flattened at locations of joining with upper framing to 2/3 of their initial diameter. Welding seam length is 1/4 of upper framing section circular length. Two U-shaped brackets are welded to outer side of tray. Each bracket is made from metal strip bent to form angular member of intricate configuration. Vertical portions of brackets are formed as isosceles corner embracing outer side ribs of tray so that they are in contact with upper framing. Total thickness of tray wall does not exceed diameter of upper framing wire. Horizontal portion of bracket is formed as scalene corner with wide side outer surface welded to bottom along its long side so that outer surface of its narrow side is in common plane with long side of upper framing. The whole of tray surface is coated with uniform continuous layer of thermoplastic polymer possessing antiadhesion capacity. EFFECT: improved incubation conditions, reduced labor intensity and increased service life. |
