SUBSTANCE: method involves performing stomach resection, forming duodenal papilla stump by dissecting greater duodenal papilla followed with suturing the stump by means of mucous membrane adaptation of general biliary duct and the duodenum using one-row submucous compression suture. EFFECT: reduced rate of postoperative complications.
