FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves studying general lactate dehydrogenase activity (GLDHA) general malate dehydrogenase activity (GMDHA) of tears and calculating prediction coefficient value from formula PC=GLDHA*100/GMDHA which value is used to predict the traumatic uveitis development mode. The PC value being from 4.17 + 0.15 to 5.7 + 0.08, favorable mode of traumatic uveitis development is predicted. The PC value being from 6.0 + 0.1 to 7.8 + 0.28, lingering unfavorable mode of traumatic uveitis development is predicted. EFFECT: early stage reliable diagnosis.
