The mould for producing billow offset concrete blocks piled up at the seashore, makes it easy to separate forms from by retrenching inward a support frame. The mould comprises: the support frame(1) formed as the same model of billow offset block holes(B1,B2.B3) by bending plates; a plurality of transverse beams(2U,2D) with a middle part fixed at an upper and a lower part of the support frame(1); a plurality of longitudinal beams(2L,2R) with a middle part fixed at a side of the support frame; a plurality of connection beams(3U,3D,3L,3R) fixing the transverse and the loungitudinal beams; an tensile member(4) pulling the connection beams(3U,3D,3L,3R) toward the inner center of the support frame.
