a digital conversion circuit for converting video frame signals of odd and even fields to a half frame in a line offset state by sampling with a pixel clock and an inverted pixel clock; an interpolation circuit for outputting even/odd pixel data and an interpolated pixel data by forming an interpolated data with even and odd pixel data of the digital circuit; and an analog conversion circuit for converting a pixel data as a line offset data with a half frame interval between even/odd field lines and interpolated even/odd pixel lines to achieve a better edge image in the TV.
