The sanitary polyvinyl chloride compositions comprise 3-10 wt. parts an epoxy soybean oil, 0.05-1.0 wt. parts an activator, 0.03-0.2 wt. parts a light-absorbent 30-100 wt. parts a trimellitate ester for plasticizer and 0.01-0.1 wt. parts a stearoil-benzoil-methane for co-stabilizer against 100 wt. parts polyvinyl chloride. The replacement of the phthalic acid as plasticizer and the addition of co-stabilizer have resulted remarkable reduction of the quantity of plasticizer migrated during the sterilization, whereby excluding a harmful possibility against a human body.
