SUBSTANCE: to enhance the stiffness of fixation of the patient's head so as to prevent probable translocation of the third and fourth vertebral, the jacket is additionally furnished with a chin rest made in the form of a bed secured to the patient's head with a belt and fixed on the upper pelot by means of guide holders and ball supports for vertical and angular translocations.
