SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of synthetic polypeptide for stimulation of bone marrow cells of the following amino acid sequence: lysine-glycine-proline-leucine-theronine-norleucine-norleucine- alanine-serine-histidine-tyrosine-lysine-glycine-histidine-cys- -teine-proline by the formula Lys-Gly-Pro-Leu-Thr-Nle-Nle-Ala- -Ser-His-Tyr-Lys-Gln-His-Cys-Pro that corresponds the site of natural molecule "ГМ-КСФ". Synthesis of proposed peptide is carried out by solid-phase method. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of agent, improved method of synthesis. |
