FIELD: ship-raising technique; raising of heavy objects (sunken ships, vessels, etc) from deep depths. SUBSTANCE: known ship-raising pontoons are made in form of cylindrical envelopes with horizontal axis of rotation and with extremities made in form of truncated cone. Disadvantage of such pontoons consists in considerable motions in swell when they are on surface which is likely to result in break of ship-raising slings. Proposed ship-raising pontoon has special wave-resistant form. It consists of two main parts. Upper part is made in form of semi-submersible vertical tower (or several towers) having lengths of 1.1 to 1.2 of rated height of wave and lower part is made in form of fully submerged box-shaped passive-active damper whose total volume is equal to 1.8-2.2 of submerged volume of vertical towers. Hull of pontoon is made from rigid structural materials and is divided into ballast compartments. Hull is equipped with hawse pipes for ship-raising slings, sling-shortening device, blow and ventilation passages, air-buoyancy tank located in upper portion of vertical towers, appendages and lower necks with drives. EFFECT: considerable reduction of jerks in ship-raising slings due to reduction of motions in swell. |
