FIELD: materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: crane is two-section hinge-coupled boom installed on slewing platform. Root portion of boom can be deflected both in direction of upper boom (maximum radius) and in opposite direction (minimum radius). Telescopic rod is installed in parallel with toot portion of boom to limit height of upper boom lifting.
