FIELD: production of plugging AND sealing solutions and hermetics used to fill cavities in mining workings, to exercise temporal support of constructions and to decrease deformations of conjugating constructions of building structures and rock masses. SUBSTANCE: plugging and sealing material has inorganic binder and water. As binder it uses magnesium-silicate binder of composition (mass %): MgO 38 - 70, CaO 8, SiO15 - 50, CO1 - 2 and additionally has water soluble salt of magnesium and sodium chloride - sulfate with ratio MgCl/MgSO+ NaCl = 10 - 25 / 1 with following ratio of components (mass %): magnesium-silicate binder 62 - 72, water soluble salt of magnesium and sodium chloride-sulfate 7 - 10, water - balance. Time periods of solidification are in limits of 50 minutes - 10 hours. Compression strength (MPa) in 8 hours is 30 - 37.5. EFFECT: improved quality of plugging and sealing material. |
